Senior Vice President  of Sales

Job Description

The SVP of Sales will be a proven sales leader with a demonstrated track record of success motivating a sales organization to achieve company sales goals and revenue objectives in a high-growth environment. Merchant Payment Processing experience is essential to the success of the candidate. The right candidate will optimize team results through hands-on leadership, engagement in sales cycles, performance management, rewards and recognition, and coaching. This new position requires a self-starter who can work with limited direct supervision, is entrepreneurial in spirit, and has strong leadership skills that align to helping the company achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives. The Senior VP of Sales will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of International Bancard’s Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, ISVs/VAR Channel, Partner Development, and Marketing.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE: 

  • Merchant Payment Processing Industry experience is a MUST

  • 10+ years experience in Sales Management

  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing, plus if you have an MBA

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Strong working knowledge of SalesForce.com

  • Embraces technology.
