JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Support Application Processor’s primary responsibility is to assist the entire indirect and direct sales organization including the Sales Agents as a point of contact for all resources within the company to assist in boarding accounts and agent applications.  The role mainly consists of Data Entry of these client and agent applications. The entire team of Support is expected to assist in growing the ISO Agent channel with marketing assistance and training as needed. The App Processor role will be expected to handle questions regarding the boarding process of all applications and to facilitate the data entry of these applications. This role will also be expected to assist in agent review of commissions related to the applications entered.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Point of Contact for all active outside ISO agents, Direct Sales Team Members, VP of Sales Development, Business Development Managers, Recruiters and Sales Directors.

  • Point of contact for ISO Recruiters including the checking of their recruitment progress, help with technology questions, onboard their new agents, answer questions.

  • Work with the Direct Sales Team, Sales Development and marketing to drive the agent channels to enhance deal count.

  • Main point of contact for data entry of all IB ISO applications for clients as well as ISO agents.

  • Onboard and data enter all new agents and applications, check paperwork, assist with agreement execution, background & credit checks, upload paperwork into system, set parameters and request database set up and training.

  • Configure agents in Passport for accurate payment.

  • Assign and reassign leads as required.

  • Back up support for Inside Sales Support.

  • Assisting existing agents with questions & problems, statements, account set-up, pricing, data entry, deal submittal & review, pending deals.

  • Assist with and Provide Statement Analysis, Proposals & Reporting to the team in which the position supports, as needed.

  • Research agreements pertaining to bonuses & residuals in conjunction with the finance department. 

  • Liaison between agents/reps and internal departments.

  • Create and monitor tickets for statement credits, refunds and service & technology issues.

  • Maintain an efficient and effective work environment by suggesting process improvements.

  • Assisting in the implementation of the overall sales strategy from the Direct and Indirect Sales management teams.

  • Additional projects as assigned from other departments.

  • Other duties as requested and assigned.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE:

  1. 2 years of previous application processing and/or data entry experience preferred.

  2. Strong knowledge of the Payments Processing Industry preferred.

  3. Excellent data entry skills.

  4. Proficient at Basic Math

  5. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, and Power Point
