Sales Lead Analyst

Job Description

International Bancard is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead Analyst with excellent Salesforce administration skills.

This is an exciting growth opportunity – both our business and industry are growing rapidly.  Your passion should be with researching, identifying and providing qualified leads for a sales team. Working within our sales and marketing team in downtown Detroit, you will help drive the team with your data-driven expertise and will be responsible for monitoring and accelerating all sales leads through the sales funnel and process.

​ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Lead management:

  • Salesforce Experience is required; Salesforce implementation is highly preferred

  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline. 

  • 3-5 years’ proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead management.

  • Data Analytics

  • B2B Lead Generation

  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using Salesforce

  • Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team

  • Has highly developed all round interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills

  • Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude

  • Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales performance beyond targets

  • Exceptional organizational/time management skills with ability to prioritize as necessary

Sales:

  • Efficient management of the sales pipeline using IB’s processes

  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face to face meetings

  • Represent IB at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues

  • Meet personal targets and work towards IB’s sales goals and profitability

Marketing & Communication:

  • Based on market knowledge and insight, you will work with the sales and marketing teams to define demand generation strategies and execute programs in order to deliver qualified leads to sales through different strategic campaigns, while building long-term growth, and gaining competitive advantage.

  • Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers, and partners via phone, email, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship

  • Work closely within a small sales & marketing teams and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues

  • Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management

Partner Engagement:

  • Help facilitate customer relations, interactions and referrals to drive quality sales leads to the organization

  • Ensure that International Bancard’s Revenue Partners are serviced with professionalism with regards to queries, new business, etc.

  • Think ahead. Create an atmosphere of welcome, service responsiveness and professionalism with the Revenue Partners

  • Constantly research, develop and execute networking strategies for International Bancard by identifying and contacting potential partners and organizations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with Revenue Partners

  • Assist in determining and delivering the training needs per existing Revenue Partners and new Revenue Partners

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a strong knowledge of IB’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

  • Understand how the benefits of IB’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals
