This is an exciting growth opportunity – both our business and industry are growing rapidly.  Your passion should be building rapport, understanding the customers business and needs and closing the sale.  You will play a critical role in helping us drive and execute on our revenue growth goals and continuing our momentum in establishing International Bancard as the very best payments provider in the industry.


  • Achieve sales and profitability goals

  • Maintain and optimize business relationships and business partner relationships

  • Efficiently manage your pipeline throughout each phase of the sales cycle using IB’s processes

  • Represent IB in local networking groups and at events

  • Be a team player and be willing to support the culture of International Bancard.

  • Embrace IB’s core values

  • Work with sales leadership in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of a professional product

  • Develop a strong knowledge of IB’s products and services

  • Understand how the benefits of IB’s products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals


  • Have 2+ years of closing experience in the electronic payments space

  • Thrive in a high energy environment and operate with a sense of urgency

  • Have experience with consultative sales and a proven track record of exceeding your quota

  • Are personable and enjoy interacting with prospects in person, over the phone and via email

  • Have highly developed all round interpersonal skills

  • Have excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills

  • Are customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude

  • Are conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets

  • Have exceptional organizational and time management skills
