Business Development Manager- Recruiter / ISO Agents

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, liaising and communicating to all ISO/Sales Agents for the Company’s ISO/Agent Channel ensuring overall growth of the channel for International Bancard. Managing agents through continuous communication, training, and developing. In addition, developing partner opportunities with associations and referral partners. Any means of business development for the revenue team. This position is a remote opportunity, therefore the candidate does not need to be located in the Metro Detroit area.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Recruit and train outside ISO agents on our systems

     

  • Educate agents on all products and services

     

  • Motivate outside agents to submit business

     

  • Assist agents with merchant applications and statements

     

  • Develop execution plans and reports related to company products, strategies and partner development processes

  • Use our CRM and educate partners as to their responsibilities in the use of our proprietary software and systems

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE

-      Minimum of 4 years’ related experience in the Merchant Services Partner Relations arena

-      Exceptional writing skills, i.e., significant experience writing for executives

-      Solid critical thinking and problem solving abilities

-      Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for supporting and promoting partner relationships

-      Proficient at understanding and applying industry-specific card association rules and regulations, Interchange knowledge,                         analyzing statements and following all work flow processes...

-      Superior communication skills

-      Strong Knowledge of Payment Processing industry with respect to Visa/MasterCard, other card types and a working knowledge of           macro trends and execution of details

-      Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

-      Strong Knowledge of Payment Processing industry with respect to Visa/MasterCard, other card types and a working knowledge of           macro trends and execution of details

-      Full understanding of the workflow and on boarding process from application and file building to basic business due diligence and         statement analysis to Merchant activation
