The Bi-lingual Sales Support Representative will provide overall customer service, technical and sales support for all Spanish speaking International Bancard clients, ISO Agents, inside and outside of the organization with a very positive and upbeat attitude. The primary responsibilities include: technical support, agent on-boarding and support, billing inquiries, general account inquiries, account changes, third party additions, funding related questions and Inbound & outbound calls regarding sales opportunities. Ability to drive to cross train into all operational support areas.

As a technical support team member, a typical day will include the following:

  • Point of Contact for all active outside ISO agents with a focus on those that are Spanish speaking.

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a high call volume environment with a positive and upbeat commitment.

  • Make outbound calls to assist our customers’ needs.

  • Assist our customers in making service changes as needed. Adding, removing services, changing deposit accounts, name changes, etc.

  • Discuss statements, rates, deposits and other elements of accounts.

  • Assist with ordering supplies & equipment.

  • Provide both verbal and written technical support to end users, sales representatives.
